Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and include the original dust bag or protective packaging provided.
Ship to Studio
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable courier service to send your parcel back to our Auckland studio for processing.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans have inspected the return, we will process your refund or store credit to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
